Chief Master Sergeant RANDOLPH M. CROSSLIN JR.

Chief Master Sergeant Randolph M. Crosslin Jr. is the Command Chief, 53d Wing, Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), Florida. He serves as the principle advisor to the Commander on all matters concerning readiness and utilization of more than 1,600 Airmen across 41 units at 16 diverse locations. The wing conducts fighter, bomber, combat search and rescue, and remotely-piloted air vehicle operational testing, evaluation, and tactics development. Additionally, the 53d Wing is responsible for the Air Force’s Weapons System Evaluation Program as well as electronic warfare optimization and reprogramming for fighter and bomber weapons systems.

Chief Crosslin entered the Air Force in May 1997. He graduated from Crew Chief Technical Training at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas in September 1997. His background includes duties in Aerospace Maintenance filling a myriad of positions at the squadron, group and command levels. His assignments include bases in Missouri, Virginia, the United Kingdom, Arizona, North Dakota, Georgia and Florida. His deployment experience includes assignments in Kuwait, Diego Garcia, Guam, Afghanistan, and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia supporting Operation SOUTHERN WATCH, Operation IRAQI FREEDOM, Indo-Pacific Command’s Continuous Bomber Presence Mission, Operation FREEDOM’S SENTINEL, Operation SPARTAN SHIELD, and Operation INHERENT RESOLVE. Prior to his current position, the CMSgt was the Command Chief, 378 Air Expeditionary Wing, Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
