RAAF participates in Exercise Lightning Spear 2021

Members of the Royal Australian Air Force and Australia-Canada-United Kingdom Reprogramming Laboratory stand in front of an F-35A Lightning II on Nov. 23, 2021, at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. This is the second year No 77 Squadron has participated in Exercise Lightning Spear, a live-fire missile event supported by the 53rd Wing that evaluates the entire unit on their ability to support the AIM-120D Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missile combat capability of their F-35s.
