WHITEMAN AFB, Mo. – Tech. Sgt. Jeramie Hill and Staff Sgt. John Kowalczyk fill sandbags near Rocheport, Missouri to help build a levee to protect the town. The sergeants were part of a group from 72d Test and Evaluation Squadron who volunteered to help the town after the area received as much as 8 inches of rain in a 24-hour period and forced local rivers to crest near record levels.
