Cruising the coastline

An F-15 Strike Eagle from Otis Air National Guard, Massachusetts flies over Florida’s Gulf Coast while participating in a Combat Archer exercise Oct. 16. The 83rd Fighter Weapons Squadron, located at Tyndall Air Force Base Fla., hosted the guard unit for Combat Archer Oct. 15-18. The exercise experienced some delays due to rough weather during the week. Combat Archer is a weapons system evaluation that analyzes personnel and equipment to determine the effectiveness of the Air Force’s frontline air-to-air combat capability. This program is run exclusively by the 83rd FWS. (Air Force photo by Capt. Jeffrey Barnes.)
