How does it feel to be a new squadron CC?
Considering the wealth of experience we have in the OFP CTF military, civilian, and contractor workforce, I feel humbled and honored to work for this great organization.

What are your goals/agenda during your time as commander?
1.)  Support our parent groups (53d Test Management Group and 46th Operations Group) and wings (53d Wing and 46th Test Wing) by ensuring our unit goals are aligned with group and wing goals
2.)  Continue to build a team of test professionals dedicated to end-to-end F-15 test program management
3.)  Foster a respectful environment that facilitates our people taking care of each other and enjoying their on and off duty activities
4.)  Assess and document methods and opportunities to expand the combined test force construct

What is one particular life lesson you've gained from your time in the military?
Ultimately, people are what really matter--treat everyone with respect and you will get it in return.

What type of hobbies/activities do you have outside of work?
Family, sports, home improvement, and investing

If there was one thing about military life you would change what would it be?
I look forward to the day when the Common Access Card is truly common and I don't have to memorize multiple passwords.
