Air Force forecasters gear up for hurricane season

National Hurricane Center officials predict the Atlantic hurricane season to have a 75 percent chance of being an "above average" season. NHC forecasters predict the 2007 Atlantic hurricane season will have 13 to 17 named storms. Hurricane season officially began June 1 and continues through Nov. 30. (U.S. Air Force illustration)
